Release note: The dashboard explained
The dashboard is the first thing you'll see when you log in and serves as the central hub for monitoring and managing your product data. It provides a comprehensive view of key metrics. This guide will walk you through the main components of the dashboard and explain how to utilize its features effectively.
Key Components of the Dashboard
- Overview of datatamodels you're subscribed to
- Summary of total classifications, attributes, mandatory attributes, and products.
- Overview of mapping statuses
- Overview of missing value mappings
- Overview of missing property values
Subscribed data models
At a glance you can see what data models you're subscribed to and in this list you can select the data model you'd like more information provided on. At the moment we support GS1 and ETIM.

In this list you can select the data model you are subscribed to.

In this list you can select the version of the data model you've selected. The highest version is the most recent data model.
Total number of classifications
In this field you can see the total number of classifications in which your products are found in the selected data model.

Mapped attributes out of total attributes
In this field you can see the total number of attributes of classifications in which your products are found compared to the mapped number of attributes.

Mapped attributes out of total mandatory attributes
In this field you can see the total number of mandatory attributes in the classifications in which your products are found compared to the number of mapped mandatory attributes. GS1 distinguishes between mandatory and non-compulsory attributes. So you need to map at least the mandatory attributes in order to eventually publish successfully.

Total number of products uploaded
This field views the total number of products you have uploaded.

Mapping status
Under Mapping status, you will see an overview of the classifications in which your products are found. Behind it the number of classification-specific number of attributes and number of classification-specific mandatory attributes. From this section you can also map attributes.

Missing value mappings
After you have started mapping your product data, you will get an overview of Missing value mappings here. From here, you can then specify the correct value for the Missing value mapping.

Missing property values
After you have started mapping your product data, you will get an overview of Missing property values here. This is an overview of missing resource values per product per mapped attribute. It is therefore important to enrich these source values and import a file with the updated product data into Qmica.
